Daveed is the founder of Anvil Tax, Inc. and a former IRS auditor. From 2002 to 2009 he was an IRS income tax auditor, auditing high net worth individuals and small businesses. He watched taxpayers leave money on the table, so he left the IRS to work on their side.

He founded Anvil Tax in 2009 and works with business owners and real estate investors on proactive tax planning, including the tax on selling a business or property. He is an Enrolled Agent and an Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant, and he holds an accounting degree from Boise State University.

His signature talk, The Person Who Saw It Coming, shows audiences how to see what an auditor sees before it costs them. He has taught in conference rooms, courtrooms, and classrooms. He is based in Portland, Oregon.
